Levi 501 Taper Jeans

Does anyone have a pair of these?

I've been searching for a pair of 100% cotton jeans (I hate stretch jeans) & these look perfect. But I'm not sure what size to buy.

I'm a 12 in New Look jeans, but my favourite jeans are Replay, and a size 27 so they definitely don't fit at the moment

I'm thinking maybe a size 30?

Hi I've bought a few pairs of vintage 501s of eBay , I'm a 12 in top shop , I ordered a 30 and they go nowhere near me ! I got a 33 and they are perfect ( used to fit into a 28 in the 80s and 90s !! )

I have a pair of 501's from the late 90's in a 30 waist, i can still wear them, but they are a snug fit and are uncomfortable when I get hormonal bloat. This year I've bought Gap perfect boot jeans in a uk 12 (the label says 29 inside) and these fit me fine if slightly loose (but ok with the hormonal bloat!) similarly Uniqlo Innes de Fressange chino's I bought in a 29 waist and these are a bit looser on me than the Gap jeans.

Interestingly I tried on a pair of 501's CT in a 31 waist in TK Maxx a few months ago and they were massive on me, to the point I only needed to undo the top button to get them off, so I don't know if that is indicative of vanity sizing or if they are cut slightly differently around the waist for the CT style.
