Has anyone shopped with SHEIN?

They have popped up on my internet and some stuff is lovely but just wondering what they are like to deal with?

I have found customer service fine but sizes are very small

Delivery took an age, clothes were terrible quality. Maybe I was just unlucky?

I ordered one thing. I ordered a bigger size as I'd heard they come up v small and everything was fine.

And returns are a complete palava

I bought a ladies large jumper from them. Took ages to come and was tiny. My 8 year old wears it now.

I bought a lovely top. Wearing it today. Not sure it will last for many years but i’ll Enjoy it for a few summers..

My daughter sometimes buys stuff from them when they do free postage. I would say it's similar to Primark in quality. Sizing comes up small. Returns apparently are hard so we only ever buy cheap stuff for a few quid. Means DD13 has been able to choose some nice tops.

Floryday is another pop up I get, all I can say is avoid. Cheap fabric and so crumpled and creased the clothes were unwearable.
It took ages to get a refund and it took a number of emails too (they were very polite but every email took 48-72hrs for a response)

I ordered a few things and kept one. Sizing is small. And yes the refunds are palava as you get credits to your account then have to release funds from the account.

I did recently, following a link given to me for friend's birthday. Horrible glitchy website, took over a week to come and now constant emails from them, despite unsubscribing several times. Oh, and the ads will haunt you for months! No idea about sizing etc, but on this basis I wouldn't recommend.

Just got a swimsuit from them. Poorly made and tiny sizing. Never gonna use them again.
