White wide culottes for an over 50 ?

I am going on holiday soon to Spain. I am 5 ft 4 and a size 8-10 but I have awful short fat legs so light coloured trousers don’t suit . Saw these in jigsaw - they are very comfortable and cool but worry they are too frumpy . Looking for advice

I’m 5ft 3 and wear the Crocus culottes in blue. I find them flattering, but have shortened them by 2.5 inches as the roll-over waistband didn’t quite work.

The elasticated waist makes them look frumpy.

Ted baker have some lovely white culottes in at the moment that Ive just ordered

I don't think they're frumpy at all OP- they're very fashionable at the minute! Lots of people on here seem to hate them though to be prepared for lots of negative responses.

You like them, they're comfortable and stylish- can't see anything wrong

Reanimated - they are lovely but lij3 that the jigsaw ones are flown and look more like a skirt
