Skin coloured moles/lumps and bumps

I have a skin coloured thing right near the corner of my mouth..appeared about 10 years ago out of no where. Not a cancer concern but it is ugly.
I am considering paying to have it removed if I can. Does anyone have any experience with this? (Especially skin coloured ones as it is a diff texture to my numerous standard moles!)

If it has only been there ten days, it might be worth seeing whether it disappears of its own accord

I've never heard of waxy wart, but it could describe what mine is....
