I've always had a tendency to darkish under eye area as a lifelong allergic however about 18 months to 2 years I've noticed a marked difference and not for the better.
I drink my water, take my vitamins, eat fresh food 85% cooked from scratch, blah, blah, blah.
I've been trying to go to bed as early as I can and I suspect if I went to bed at 9pm every night forever there would be a difference but that's not feasible to be honest!
I just want to leave the house in the morning without needing to put a make up on and not looking like I've been out out all night and then got hit by a bus. I can feel well rested and still look like a zombie. I thought it was the allergies but even when I'm everyday on anti-histamines like in the summer, there is no difference.
Is there anything else I can try before I resort to dermal fillers??
