Funnily enough there’s a link to a smiliar shoe further down the page. Anyway these - it’s colour more than style which I’d like opinions on please.

Thanks

I like them, I’ve been looking at a similar pair but haven’t bought them as yet

OhCheersForThat · 12/05/2018 16:42

I like them a lot and think they'll be a very versatile summer/autumn shoe.

Wish I could wear loafers, but anything without a strap flies off my feet

Rockyhighway · 12/05/2018 17:02

Thanks .... have tried on and like them a lot - love the colour but was worried it is a bit grannyish ... can’t be as there are loads if shoes in similar colour in shops atm.

I like those. A lot.

Todamhottoday · 12/05/2018 17:27

I wear loafers, and find them very versatile, but for Carvela I think they are expensive, and a bit bland sorry and hate the colour of the ''snaffles''..

If you had put them up and not said which brand/price I would of said Clarks at half the cost.

But if you like them why not!

mytether · 12/05/2018 17:33

Something about the height and shape of the upper looks a bit granny to me. I think guilt from dune at the best loafers on the high street right now, close in shape and style to Gucci!

mytether · 12/05/2018 17:33

Are not at!

Madbengalmum · 12/05/2018 17:38

My mother would like those.

BusterGonad · 12/05/2018 18:26

Funnily enough, I've recently bought a Dune pair, mine are fair more Blush colour in real life!

These shoes - yay or nay?

They’re okay. I agree they do look very Clark’s-ish, which isn’t a bad thing but I wouldn’t pay £109 for them. Or any shoes actually. But then I’m a penny pincher!

Rockyhighway · 12/05/2018 19:09

I tried those Dune shoes on Buster, they are lovely but too narrow for my feet. Have to shop with a bunion in mind! Despite the mixed reviews, I probably will keep them as they are really comfortable. Mad, I might not be far off your Mum’s age 😂

The dune ones are narrow. I have narrow feet and had to size up. So the Debenhams ones probably better!

duckling84 · 12/05/2018 19:38

It a nay from me. Especially If your planning on wearing them with tan stockings and a midi floral skirt unless your over 80. They are very grannyish sorry

Ohyesiam · 12/05/2018 19:41

My mum has some like that. She’s 80.

Rockyhighway · 12/05/2018 21:28

Ouch. No tan stockings and floral skirts and a long way off my 80th.

Nay from me, granyish.

Brittanyspears · 12/05/2018 21:34

Very Gucci

LadyLapsang · 12/05/2018 21:35

If you are a size 3, what about these? I have them in another colour and they are really comfortable.

I have to admit my Dune ones really need some breaking in! Angry
