I have these really awful deep creases under both eyes and they age me by years. I'm only 36 and honestly thought there were a whole host of non-surgical options that would help but having seen multiple experts it would seem that that is not the case. I have been considering surgery (although I realise I may not be a candidate) but was wondering if you remove skin at this age, does that reduce your options for the future? I.e, if the wrinkles were to return would the skin be too tight to do anything at all next time?
