Help with bra fitting please

I bought a Freya pure maternity bra in 30F. I had put all my measurements into boob or bust and this is the size it suggested for me. It’s arrived today but I’m not sure it is a great fit. The back has to be done up on the loosest setting, the cups feel slightly loose and the wires sit on my breast tissue in my cleavage. My breasts look a bit squashed where this happens. Can anyone suggest what size I should try next? Or is it just that the style is wrong for me? Thank you.

If it helps I’m 29in under my busy and 35in around my bust.

Did you swoop and scoop? BoB size isn't always right, it's your starting size

I did swoop and scoop. I’ve just no idea what size I should try now.

Ok. Back should be on the loosest as then when it slackens with wear, you can tighten it
Wires should lie flat in the middle but not on breast tissue, if they don't then the cup is usually too small
I would try a different brand/style to compare, a lot is trial and error

Thank you ollivander. Possibly it’s the style that doesn’t work for me then which is a real shame as I liked the moulded cups as it’s similar to what I’d normally wear.

It's very difficult to get the right fit with moulded cups, I'd definitely try a different style.

I think you've gone for too large a cup size. I'm 29/38 and wear a 30ff...
