Hi, has anyone ordered anything from Collectif? Wonder what the quality's like?

theres a facebook group which is for people who really love collectif. I followed it for a while, but it really seems to look like their quality is hit and miss and their delivery takes ages.

However when there is something good, then its really lovely, but judging by what i saw on the group, id only ever buy in a shop where i could try it on and feel the quality first.

The coats are great! I really like the cardigans and collared tops. The dresses are nice but I tend to get them on sale because they are a touch overpriced for the quality. (Actually I do that with the coats too.) Whoever sews their buttons on should be sacked.

I don't find the quality good at all. You're better off going to house of foxy or Zoe vine if you want quality retro inspired stuff.

Quality is shite as are the fabrics. Lindy Bop are ok because they are so cheap (i buy new from Ebay approx £13 a dress). Sorry! Vivienne of Holloway and Freddy (ie?) of Pinewood are good for quality vintage stuff.

The buttons are rubbish, I reenforce mine as soon as they arrive.

They’re too expensive for what they are IMO, but I do really love the styles and patterns, so I wait for the 2 big sales a year, and buy second hand through Facebook.

I ordered some stuff but sent it all back as the fabric was horrible.
