Lightweight office wear for summer

Does anyone have any idea where I could get some light, breathable (and preferably with some stretch) summer office wear? I'm 14/16 below but very large of boob (18/20).

I have to wear white shirt/blouse (with collar) and black blazer/jacket and trousers/skirt as uniform. My current black trousers, blazer and white cotton shirt is a disaster in the heat. It has to look formal. And have a collar.

It's impossible isn't it? Though I can't be the only overweight middle aged woman sweating like a pig Hmm

And what about shoes - anything sandally that isn't too sandally? The whole thing is a mine-field so any help at all would be very much appreciated.

Gap bi-stretch trousers are almost all cotton, so quite nice/comfortable.

Try Gap/John Lewis for sleeveless cotton collared shirts.

Jackets are the problem - almost everything is polyester, or polyester lined and therefore make us middle aged 'hot' folk suffer in the heat!

Possible shoes?
