Can anyone recommend a brand please?! I have generally good, slightly combination skin, so don’t need anything too heavy or expensive.

Hi - I use superdrug own (think it's call b?) - have day cream with SPF 20 which is cruelty free. They have a range where they have a different one for each age group. Have found it pretty good and I have fairly normal skin with no major problems. Quite reasonable and often on a buy one get one half-price deal.

All Aldi skincare is cruelty free, they're beginning to get leaping bunnies on a number of products but have been anti-animal testing for a number of decades.

My only caveat is whether any SPF is truly totally cruelty free? As in the ingredients themselves rather than the product?

Try Jason products
