My eyebrows are quite thin, an anyone recommend oils or creams that will help?

Argon oil or caster oil works well

SippingSipsmith · 10/05/2018 11:06

If you start getting them threaded it might help. They'll shape them and know precisely which hairs to leave and which to pluck to get you your overall desired shape without them looking too bad in the meantime

Recently I have started using castor oil on my lashes and eyebrows as it is rich in ricinoleic acid (not as scary as it sounds!) and other great properties that encourage hair growth.

There are different types of castor oil, this article can give you the down low on exactly what it does:

I have been using it for about two weeks applying it before I go to sleep. I brought some empty mascara tubes and brushes from Amazon and use that. Since using it, I really feel my lashes have gotten stronger and fuller!

I wouldn't recommend applying it in the morning as personally, it made my eyes feel super tired throughout the day. Hope this helps!

I gave up threading for few years as the last two people I went to went a bit overboard and left me with very thin brows.

One eyebrow is fuller than the other, I'm hopeless at plucking so leave the,m to do their own thing.

I have few events coming up and would like to try sort them out 🙈

I have tried eyelash serums, and now using castor oil on eyebrows too,, its done nothing for me and been using for about 3 months now
Bought mine on ebay specifically for eye lash growth

Conseulabananahammock · 22/01/2019 18:23

Castor oil brushed through at night with a spoolie brush.
Eyelash growth serum
Biotin capsules
All worked pretty well for me . I have seoborhic dermatitis so my eyebrows like to get dandruff and fall out. Been minimal since i started using all of those. And they've actually grown thicker too
Also use it all for lashes to the same effect.

Tootrousers · 22/01/2019 18:47

I never understand why people advise threading when an op has asked about how to make eyebrows grow. She wants them to grow not to have them plucked out again! Op I’ve heard great things about rapidbrow but I’ve never tried it myself

NoPhelange · 22/01/2019 18:51

I read on here a few days ago about using thrush cream for hair growth 😲 the miconazole nitrate element is the most important thing. Daktarin has it in. I'm seriously considering it, even DP wants a go to bulk up his beard 😂

Tootrousers
I know right!
Like telling someone to shave their head if their hair starts thinning! Hmm

Conseulabananahammock · 22/01/2019 18:52

Ooh yes thrush cream i read that somewhere too!
