Does this product exist - panda prevention

Most days I end up with smudge under my eyes, I do wear eyeliner and mascara - is there a miracle product (like an under eye primer) I don't know about to prevent this? I think it might be to do with age

I used to swear by Clarins mascara fixer but to my utter dismay it has been discontinued

I had always had massive trouble with panda eyes, even with waterproof mascara and the only one that ever worked was ELizabeth Arden which cost me a fortune. The no.7 one is a tubing mascara and it is FABULOUS. I wouldn't be without it. It isn't waterproof however. I will be investigating what I can do about that this summer...

I use waterproof mascara on my lower lashes. This completely eliminated panda eyes for me. I still use normal mascara on my upper lashes.

Definitely need a tubing mascara. I suffered with this and have had no problems since switching to Clinique flutter to full mascara which is a tubing one.

I will give these suggestions a shot, I do wear winged liner but I'm sure it's the mascara and not that. No7 might be first port of call but then I think I read on here it was being discontinued.
