Could I wear a tailored silk jumpsuit to interview?

I have an interview coming up (arts industry). I have a tailored black stretch silk jumpsuit (tapered trousers) which has a high necked camisole top. I have a blazer which would work over it. Would this be suitable?

Sounds fine as long as you can keep the blazer on. Camisole top sounds like too much skin for an interview. (Or any office, but I'm word about armpits at work)
