What to wear with this skirt?

I have this skirt (hopefully attached) really soft corduroy and nice for work but no idea what colour/type top to wear with it? Any ideas?

That is lovely. I’d wear it with a plain black (or is it navy?) T shirt/top.

I'd pick out the beige in the stripe / piping. A soft thin beige jumper and dark brown patterned tights and boots

I wouldn't wear brown with that, no.
You could also wear with silver or gold.

I’m not keen on beige or brown, i’d wear a top the colour of the dark pinky red band.

White or cream would look good too.
