comfy shoes for walking?

Going on a city break holiday soon and will be doing a fair bit of walking. I usually do most of my walking in my boots, but it's going to be too summery and warm (hopefully) for the trusty Doc Martens.

Struggling to find shoes which are simultaneously summery and comfortable enough for mooching around a city on your feet most of the day. Don't want trainers or skechers or similar. Any ideas?

Are you going to Berlin by any chance? We were there last summer and walked for miles! I actually wore my Saltwater sandals for quite a bit of it and they were fine, but also wore some Bensimon slip-on shoes (they were too flat). So kind of watching with interest too...

Gabor Lanzarote mules. I’ve had 3 pairs of these 2 white and one Navy. They’re the comfiest thing I’ve ever worn on my feet. Seriously comfy. You’ll walk miles, no problem.
