Best highlighter for pale skin?

My skin isn’t great, I have bags under my eyes and I’m pale. I’d love a nice highlighter that catches the light and looks great in photos (although I realise a lot of photos are doctured) can anyone recommend me one please?

Jeffrey Star Skin Frost in Ice Gold (ie the white coloured one) is really amazing. I only use a little as it can look over the top if you put a lot on. It easily shows up on the palest skin.

Benefit high beam for shimmer or shy beam for a more subtle glow (the shy beam is more matte if that makes sense) I'm pale and swear by both

I love a good highlighter! Revolution make up have some lovely highlight palettes as well as single pans.
Mac lightscape and Soft and gentle and 2 favourites of mine too. The Mac white pigment (pearl finish) is also a really nice highlight.

I’m not keen on benefit... they don’t work on me.

I have a fuzzy face

I went to Mac (my foundation) and they suggested Strobe and I didn’t like that either. Didn’t really high light?
