Tigi Elasticate twin pack

Love Tigi hair products, purchased the elasticate twin pack usually get my Tigi products off feel unique but went to JTF today and saw it there so I got it. Washed my hair earlier, the shampoo is fine, it has a light citrus scent but the conditioner is odd, it's white in colour and doesn't match the green shampoo and it's smells horrid with a old chemical smell! It doesn't feel like any other Tigi conditioner I've used before, I'm wondering if it's fake hence being in JTF and a few quid cheaper ? Dryed my hair and it just feels gross!!

I'm wondering if anybody has used the elasticate before and could tell me if the conditioner is different??

I work for a company similar to feel unique, I can check on Tuesday for you if our batch seems as you have described. There is a LOT of tigi in stores it shouldn’t be in just now btw, not fake but possibly older batches.

I'm using it and the conditioner IS different to the shampoo, every bottle i've had of them both,the shampoo is green and the conditioner is thick and white. I've found i need less of the conditioner than i would normally use as a little goes a long way even though i have waist length hair

I have used most of the TIGI range, not all of the duos have a similar shampoo / conditioner. Haven’t used the Elasticate range but I know the purple Volumising duo has purple coloured shampoo and a sweet scent, but the conditioner is just a milky white with a mild scent.

I agree that it could be an old batch. Can you return the conditioner due to the bad scent? If it smells that bad then it may be considered faulty/off

Thanks for the replies, I plan on returning the twin pack at the weekend and I will order the dumb blonde online from the website I usually use.
