Been in a bit of a hair colour slump for a while, but it’s peaked this week when I’ve been mistaken from the side for 2 of my team members - and we aren’t a girl band. 😂
Used live xxl to get a purple tint for years before discovering that once in, that stuff is never removed. Chucked a semi permanent dark brown dye over it and grew out the live xxl-ed hair. Have continued to use the (box) brown due and hairdresser compliments me on the colour.
But now I want to funk it up with some purple flashes or balayage something. The sample of hair she took only lifted to a “warm blonde” aka orange. It’s an olaplex salon.
What are my options? I used to chuck bleach and vegan dyes around with abandon but now I have grey roots to keep up with too it’s just too much of a hassle.
I’ll try and find a pic now, but any smart ideas welcomed!
