Clinique Soap

Has anyone used Clinique soap? I usually use Clarins Cleansing Milk (the one with Alpine Herbs-fancy! Smile) I've just run out and am trying to save money so debating using a Clinique soap that I got for Christmas instead. I've got normal skin, couple of dry patches around nose and the occasional spotty cheek issue. Can anyone let me know their experience of it? Thanks all

The extra-mild liquid one is nice, it's a creamy lotion rather than soapy-soap. Quite light and fresh. On some counters it's not on display and you have to ask for it.

Used to use it in my early 20s and I liked it then. Have more recently used the loccitaine soap bar. The only thing I don't like is that you can't use it to take eye make up off because it stings

@woofsaidtimmy it's the bar one that I have, although I would prefer a liquid type.

@Brillenbar I always use a separate eye make up remover so that's not an issue Smile

Thanks for the replies, I'll give it a go!

Asda own brand Sensitive unperfumed soap is better and costs pennies. (Do what I do and put it in an old Clinique soap container.)

@borntobequiet I like your thinking, might give that a try!

The Clinique bar soap (the yellow one) was the first ever skin care that I had. You just brought back memories. I had their three piece regimine with the soap, toner, and the yellow moisturizer. I think it worked okay and is supposed to be gentle, but I don't like using a bar soap for my face and couldn't imagine doing that again while removing makeup, etc. When I used it it came with a plastic soap holder. Not sure if they still sell it that way.
