DH and I plan to move to the Torbay area in the hope of creating a healthier and happier lifestyle for ourselves and DD. Sadly a survey on a house we hoped to buy has brought up subsidence issues and we have since discovered that this can be a common problem in this area. Has anyone else had the same problem, or can anyone offer us any advice please?
