My Hermes returns

Is it just me or are they really slow to return parcels? I returned something to in Uniqlo and have been tracking it on the Hermes website but the status still has t changed beyond “Sorted at national depot” since last Friday.

I had same exp with another company but think they save them until they have lots to ship back

The returns period won't elapse as you/they will have a record of posting date. I also find Hermes are terrible at updating tracking and stuff sent to me often arrives while tracking is still claiming it's at the national sorting hub.

In my experience the tracking sometimes stops giving further updates but the retailer does eventually receive the parcel, as I have been refunded whilst the tracking states the return is still in transit and hasn’t moved in a week. Meanwhile I’m stressing thinking that the package has been lost!

Hermes is a bit shit and slow really. Once I had a massive high value clothing order delivered to me, but the tracking showed that ‘customer refused package, going back to retailer’ when it was sitting in my porch! The company messaged me asking if I still wanted my order, and was confused as I told them that I received it just fine.

Also on the off chance that they have lost your package, the retailer will still refund you if you have proof of postage. They are insured
