Help! With summer tops

I don't know what has happened to my summer wardrobe. A few years ago I seemed to have a rack full of lovely little white summer tops that went with everything from jeans to skirts for any occasion. They have all died over the years sadly, and I want to replace them. I have looked and looked and looked and can't find a single one.

Please help me style mavens!

Will describe as best I can:

White cotton/linen etc, not tshirt material and not slimy polyester.
Low-ish square or scoop or v-neck, not high necked
Little short sleeves - puff or cap or butterfly but ideally not completely sleeveless
Decent length, not cropped
Broderie anglaise detail highly welcomed, ditto tassels, ditto embroidery
Loose fit, not clingy

I can't find one single top even a little bit like this. Did I dream them???

I wish I could find an online company that does loads of lovely little beachy but nice tops like this at good prices. Am I going mad or shouldn't this exist already?

Any ideas hugely welcomed!

I saw some blouses like this in Gap.

But not sure about sleeves, neckline or length.

Anything at fat face ? I've not checked the material.

I think you would really like Blanc du Nil, they're shops you find in France's holiday towns and they only sell white beachy clothes made from natural fabrics like in the pic

I've looked in the most of the high st ones already and can't find anything quite right - bar the single one in H&M which is nice. I will investigate more - hadn't thought of Esprit or Oliver Bonas.

That Blanc Du Nil one is 100% the kind of thing I'm looking for, huge thanks Brighton.

Primal just looked at Oliver Bonas and that top you linked is exactly exactly exactly the top I was envisaging, just in black not white! I may have to go to the dark side....

Yes it is nice. The sleeves would maybe annoy me though as they would be lumpy under a cardi.

I was going to post exactly the same post! Love some broderie anglaise in the summer. John Lewis has a selection. So do Boden and White Stuff.
