Help me find a petite denim jacket please

I'm looking for a denim jacket that isn't too long in the sleeves (I'm in my 40s and find that I really can't wear tops that don't fit well on the sleeves as it just looks messy)

I'm looking for something that's slightly fitted but not cropped (why are there so many cropped things around??) or slouchy and nothing with rips or embellishments. The only one I've found that I like and in a petite size is this one from Next but it's out of stock.

Can anyone recommend something similar?

I'd look in charity shops. There's always loads.

I know you said no rips, but I have this one from Hollister and it’s the best one I found after extensive searching with pretty much the same criteria as you. It’s fitted and petite, but not cropped. There are only 3 rips on it - all visible on the photos and I don’t think they’re that noticeable when it’s on - way more subtle than a lot of the other ones I saw.

Topshop have various styles in their petite range.
I also have one from Next petite but it’s a couple of years old.

I have the same problem and have a lovely one from Zara kids in the largest size they do which is 13-14. I think it's equivalent to an 8-10.

I didn't like any of the petite options in Top Shop

I do like that Hollister one but would still prefer no rips at all

Have a look at Laura Ashley - though they don't have a petite range, this looks neat on.

That Laura Ashley one looks really lovely but the sleeves look quite long. I'd need to try it on to be sure obviously.

Next have denim jackets in, I've just bought one. They have a petite range so worth a try. Mine isn't cropped.

Oasis do some nice denim jackets. I have one from last year.

Thankyou. It has to be an actual petite fit otherwise the sleeves are too long. I've had this problem with Oasis clothes before. I quite like their stuff, wish they did a petite range. The Next one is out of stock online but maybe I would find one in store. Need to try on a Zara (kids) one too, might try do that tomorrow.

I've got this jacket

It is cropped at the waist, but the sleeves are just right. I am 5ft 2" and it fits just right on the arms.
