Clarins or Clinique toner??

I currently use Pixi glow tonic but not sure the whole Glycolic toner is for me so thinking of going back to the ‘good ole classic toner’. Which do you prefer for combination/oily skin or perhaps another brand? Thank you 😊

Olay total effects is great. And cheap as chips!

I think Clarins is alcohol free, whereas Clinique isn’t, personally I’d go for Clarins out of the 2

Clinique is very astringent. I used it for years as I lived how much "stuff" it got off my skin after using foaming cleanser. Have recently switched to hot cloth and Liz Earle toner, which is far gentler.

I have tried both and still return to good old cheapie Clean and Clear Cleansing lotion. It looks like blue water and is about 2 quid. I know that’s not what you are asking but it really gives a lovely glow that the others failed to achieve.

Have you tried the Superdrug Naturally Radiant? It is still an AHA toner but is really nice. I think they do a vitamin E one too.

I'm still with Clinique but I've switched to no.1. Used to use no.3 in my 20s but that would take my skin off now - amazing how much drier my skin is than 10 years ago. No.1 still removes a surprising amount of crap after cleansing.
