Does this Colour olour suit Cool-Toned skin?

It's colour is called "Asphalt" and supposedly a gray, but it seems it has greenish undertones.

Green-grey can be tricky, best thing is to hold it against something that you know is a cool colour, if it's the right grey it will look right. That's what I used to do while I was getting my eye in after having my colours done, if in doubt check it against a top or dress or whatever in a colour you know is right.

Yes, but you should have quite dark hair to carry it off

I would say not, personally. It looks more autumn colouring to me.

Yup, I am a dark-haired cool-toned fair-skinned Asian. I look best in jewel tones, blue-based pinks, etc. Any brown/warm colour look horrible on me.

Balenciaga's are the most perfect leather jackets, I bought mine in 2010 and still adore it. I'd be inclined to hold out for a black one though if you can, for versatility if nothing else.
