I'm sure this has been asked before so apologies in advance.

Just wondering if anyone has bought from Shein and what is the quality and sizing like?

I looked up the reviews recently after seeing lots of lovely clothes via FB ads. The reviews were dire so I wouldn't be willing to try them.

Lovely pictures. Awful quality, dire sizing. Daughter is a size 6, ordered a size large sweatshirt type top as she wanted a baggy loungy top. Couldn’t even get it on. The other top had terrible stitching and was cut badly so the whole thing twisted. Returns very difficult. Avoid x

I googled the reviews on various websites and they are awful. The pictures of clothing look lovely but sizing is way out amd poor quality. I read they write their own reviews as the same reviewers picture/comment kept cropping up.

well going against it all, I have ordered 3 times now and have loved everything except for one dress, nothing wrong with it, just the wrong shape for me. recent buys were 2 fab tops that look great. The fabrics can be a bit 'cheap' which is not surprising as they are cheap but have had some really lovely stuff at a really cheap price, and some really nice good quality fabrics too. my best advice is zoom up closely on the pictures to get a good feel for the fabric, read the description and reviews and accept that at such a cheap price there may be the odd 'not so good'.

I’ve ordered twice and been happy both times. It isn’t the best quality but not awful. Each item has a size chart specifically for that item so if you pay close attention you should be fine. I haven’t used the return service but it does look complicated!
