45 year old female looking for one-a-day multivitamins. Do you think they make a difference?

I take solgar female multiple and have done for about 8 years, I take 2 a day and really notice it when I stop. Very good range of vitamins and minerals and I buy mine on amazon which is cheapest.

I've been taking a Boots one with starflower and evening primrose and don't feel a significant difference (I'm the same age OP)

I take Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman vitamins.

My mum bought some for me at Xmas and they certainly seem to help my nails grow!

Centrum for women are a good all rounder.

Floradix do a tonic liquid form, or you can buy tablets. I've found they are the only ones gentle on your system but effective. I've always had low ferritin levels but these are now fine.

Floradix is brilliant. I also really love myvitamins Catwalk Queen, they really make a difference. And cold pressed hemp oil.
