Bad Skin

I have never had bad skin - maybe the odd blemish as a teenager and hormonal occassionally. I am mid-late 20's. This year my skin has been so bad. It is like it is blistering and it hurts. It did clear up last week and then it has suddenly got bad again. I don't eat dairy as I am allergic. Can it be related to the colder weather as the temperature has dropped again? Any tips on what to use to help.

My skin changed from 'normal' to 'combination' when I had DC - hormonal changes. Then I developed cystic acne which was incredibly painful. I used retin a from the drs and now have a skin care routine that keeps things in check.

I think you should see the doctor, I’m allergic to dairy too and now I’m allergic to sulphited sugar syrups/preservatives which gives me a totally different rash that really hurts. It’s like a stinging pain.
