Bras for tweens

My 11 year old will need a bra in the next few months. Where sells decent, tween-appropriate ones please? And where will be a good experience for her, given that she's feeling self-conscious and isn't overly keen on the idea.

Thanks.

Thank you! I dislike M&S for bras (for me!) after a terrible fitting experience, but I might swallow my concerns and take her there. With my own tape measure!

Might be worth trying John Lewis, they tend to have a decent selection and also tend to fit properly.

Worth noting with a teen/tween that especially if she's skinny they sometimes need a bigger band than they measure for comfort. Not always, but whereas normally I'd recommend not adding inches to the band size it's sometimes needed for people with little padding on their ribs. Normally only one size though - anybody starts adding 5" then run away!!

I took my DD to John Lewis, they fitted her and we bought two pretty teen-suitable bras. I'll take her there again.

My 11 year old wears bras from the M&S Angel range. We didn't bother with 'professional' fitting , though - just took a handful into the changing room and worked out the best size ourselves.
