Botox failure

I had my 1st lot of Botox in February this year. After years of complaining about my ever deepening 11’s I did something about them. The treatment made no difference whatsoever. I returned to the salon in March and had a free top up. Again, no difference. It’s as if nothing has been done. I will be going back again. Do I have yet more injections or ask for my money back. WWYD?

I would ask for my money back tbh. Do you have before/ after pics to show there is no improvement?

Go to a proper dermatologist.

I did read that it just doesn't work on some people. This may have been in the small print so you may not get your money back.

Definiyley go back and say you're not happy though.

The same thing happened to me. I think they were either using an inferior product or it was left out of the fridge. I went elsewhere and it worked (worked too well, but that's another story).

Don't get botox done in a salon. At the very least it should be administered by a trained nurse.

I agree with TheTrout - I go to a dental practice for mine.

A salon?? That's the first mistake and also if the line is already there Botox not a filler, it will only stop the muscle working not full a line that is already there x
