I am very pale with warm brown hair and dark eyes.
I am not a fan of matte but equally don't want shiny. No budget!!!!

It sounds like a nice true blue red would suit your colouring.

Can you get to a department store and look at the options?

Fenty's Stunna is my perfect red. It's supposed to suit everyone; no idea if that's true but it is amazing.

Dior 999.

After years of not only not wearing red, but not wearing lipstick at all (post menopause body fraying, beginning at the lower lip and not wanting to do the Barbara Cartland look) I took the plunge and read some threads on here.

It's an absolute red, but it's a blue red (I am fair skinned, dirty blonde) It's very soft and buttery (it's the first time I've had a Dior lipstick, though have had high end before, Chanel, Kanebo etc and when I opened it and felt it, I was astounded by the difference in texture compared to cheaper ones)
