Hush ruched skirt - can I wear leggings?

Bought myself one of the jersey ruched skirts from hush and I really like it, but I feel a bit overdressed and weird when I wear tights with it for work/casual occasions as the skirt rides up a bit when I walk.
Will I look old fashioned and naff if I wear leggings with it? Normally with heeled ankle boots.

If you can't see the bottoms of the leggings they look like tights anyway
I wear them like tights with boots because I don't want all that nylon around my nether region

I wear it with leggings and boots. Just look like thick tights. It looks fine. Definitely no to seeing your ankles though so wear them as tights.
