Help me find some businesses smart dresses

Started and new job and would love some buisness smart dresses with sleeves. I’m a size ten and struggling to find some at all. Ordered a few yesterday to try on but have a feeling more than a few will go back.

Boden is pretty good for this kind of thing.

Eugh, I take it back. They used to be good at that kind of thing!

Found 2 I like on Boden just a bit over my budget at the moment max I would pay 50 for a dress at the moment

Tried wear house nothing really caught my eye i preferably like no print or as plain as possible

Have a look at Phase 8 on eBay. There's been lots of new ruched dresses with/without tags - plain as well as patterned

What style are you looking for?

Loving the m and s one will get it taken up to just above my knees I think. Dresses like that one and some more flowey

Tesco have quite a few smart dresses but the sleeved ones are mainly patterned ,some subtler than others, it may be worth a look

I like Selected Femme and YAS for this type of stuff. I picked up a bargain Selected Femme dress in John Lewis the other week that’s really versatile for work.

LK Bennet used to be good. I also find a few good options at Coast, Hobbs, Jigsaw and Jaeger (I'm not sure if they have options online still). I buy on sale and pay £50 or less a dress with LK bennet being more like £95+ on sale.

Will have a look in a few shops while I’m in town see what I can find. Have 3 dresses Turing upto day so will see what there like

The Fold Quite expensive but the quality is amazing. I have two dresses, and will add to my collection with the blue trouser suit (the pale one) shortly.

I get most of my work dresses in the Esprit sale. Got my eye on this one but I probably won't as I'm on mat leave until October

Try John Lewis and filter 'Work Wear' and the price range £30-£50. It will show you quite a few dresses that are in the sale.

Great Plains do some nice, simple wearable dresses. Arket. Hobbs. Some of the plainer Boden styles. Jaeger. I have picked up great workwear from these places but always in the sales, otherwise, too £££.
