If you use an acid toner, what SPF do you use?

My skin looks so much better after acid toning and my favourite product is Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid but I rarely use anything else on my face (no moisturiser, make up hardly ever) but I know I need to use an SPF. The last thing I want is something that clogs my pores so I'm looking for recommendations. PC have a good selection, has anyone tried any of them and how did you find them?

I use spf 30 - an 8 hour one so it doesn't wear off during the day.

Thanks felicity which brand do you use?

I'm not brand loyal so a good product, preferably at a good price is what I'm after.

cob I acid tone and use retinoids so I use SPF 50 every day. I have oily skin and, like you, avoid anything that would clog pores. I’ve found SPFs from Biore very good (online- Amazon or eBay) Watery essence is liked but I prefer the brightening milk (pink bottle). google and check out the reviews to see if you think they might suit you.

I use the neutrogena SPF 110. But I am often outside dogs/garden. If I know I will be indoors all day I just use the Cereve AM moisturiser with spf 30

Heliocare spf 50 from amazon

Fullfatlatte · 29/04/2018 14:25

I currently swop between Clinique City Block & La Roche-Posay Ultra light. My preference would be LRP. I think it might still be on offer in Boots so a bargain buy 😀

Biologifemini · 29/04/2018 14:28

Avene mineral 50
La Roche posay ultralight
Or oil of Olay spf 15 in winter
I always wear a light layer of bronzing powder and the iron oxide acts as a mild spf too so the combination is good
I tend to avoid the midday sun

I use biore watery essence. It's factor 50 and feels nice on the skin. It layers well with makeup too.

I use this It's super light weight and doesn't smell like suncream.
