Face Waxing?

I’ve never been one to take much care of appearance but when I was younger, I felt I could get away with it. But I’ve been noticing more and more things that I didn’t really notice before.

I have very light facial hair. My cheeks have a very light blond hair which aren’t very obvious and I don’t have a problem with it. But the thing is, the sides of my face and my chin have what I can only describe as very light black thin hair Blush I know it’s not visible from far away but I just want to get rid of my facial hair. A colleague said she couldn’t see my facial hair but did accept that the hair on the chin and the sides of my face do have this very thin black hair after I pointed it out to her. She suggested face waxing. But I’ve never done this before. If I do get my face waxed at the beauty salon, will the hair grow back thicker/darker? And will I be doomed to waxing my face forevermore? Will I also get breakouts?

TIA

I have mine waxed - fine and blonde. IPAworks on dark coarser hairs but not blonde hairs. With waxing mine in getting less and less. 😊

I have my face waxed. It hurts. I apply Emla cream and that helps to reduce the pain a bit.

I find threading kinder - less red afterwards, less likely to lose chunks of skin - than wax. Still hurts but not so much and you only need it every couple of months.

Chunks of skin? Yikes! I’d rather not risk it then...might have to wait until the holiday period to try it out so I can hibernate at home Blush
