Talk to me about floaty trousers

I have read quite a few posts about floaty trousers but not sure if they would suit me as I tend to need the structure of jeans to hold in the wobbly bits.

I am 67 and size 14 on bottom half and 12 on top and love the idea of something like that which would be cool for summer.

I just bought some Marks and Spencer wide leg linen trousers but think they may be going back as it looks as if they would crease really easily and end up looking a scruffy mess.

Any links to something floaty please?

I have been looking at these for the last couple of weeks. I don't live in the UK so unfortunately can't go and try them myself, but I think they have potential to be good summer trousers:

Try COS I have a cotton pair which are really nice. The Jigsaw ones mentioned above are lovely but they are polyester no way I would consider buying them.

Matalan had loads in if you just want to try some cheap ones

Tesco have some really nice linen blend trousers in at the moment for £14. I bought some nice black and white stripe ones, some grey ones and some cream ones!

sainsburys also usually do linen blend trousers, and they've been relly good
