I want proper boob support! Advice needed...

Hello,

I'm 22 weeks pregnant with fluctuating boobies. I read this was the bambino stealing my fat? To which I think, take it little one! I've always been big chested so seeing them deteriorate in front of my eyes is bizarre.

Anyway, I am so desperate to be measured and get bras that fit. I know this will change as my body fluctuates but at the moment I seem to have bags of deflating fat that just 'sit' in my bra rather than being supported.

Can anyone recommend any brands or shops (I'm based in Glasgow) that do great bras and/or an excellent fitting service?

I'd like to maintain what's left of them...

I'm not based in Glasgow but I went to Bravissimo, they were fantastic! I got some lovely nursing bras and when I stopped breastfeeding I went back and got new "proper" bras. They're so helpful and really understand your needs if you have a bigger bust - they recommend shapes and styles as well as just a size.

Get some stretchy lightweight crop top type things or stretchy nursing bra things. You don't want underwires or anything too firm or structured because it can damage the fluctuating breast tissue. Also the stretchy type will stretch as boob size changes! M and S do a nursing crop top type thing which is comfy.

Also be aware your back size may change as your ribs expand to accommodate baby, and may never go back to your pre baby size.

I went and got measured a few weeks ago and highly recommend the M&S Collection Sumptuously Soft tshirt bras, they are a bit pricey at £20 each but are so worth it. I’m in between sizes at the mo too but these bras are just great, super soft and mega comfortable
