They are awful and dry and I have awful hang nail. Solar oil isn’t cutting it, hand cream no good and I have tried scholls foot cream. Have been using cuticle remover also. Help!

This stuff is truly a miracle worker. I use it around once a week after a recommendation on here and my cuticles look as if I’ve had a manicure!

OPI nail oil. Amazing.

Vicks vapour rub

Apply, leave for a few minutes, rub in, leave few minutes rub in further etc

I find this much better than anything else I've tried, works really well from first go but more you do it the better condition they end up in. The worse they are the more you will notice the Vicks being absorbed as they are craving the moisture

Stop using any soap with sodium laurel sulphate in it and drench with Aveeno.

LunaTheCat · 24/04/2018 22:21

Rosehip oil always saves mine.

Almond oil?! Who knew! Vicks!!!!! Wow. Well I’ll start with these as I have them in and then will look into the others. Thanks so much!

Vicks surprised me the first time, only found it by chance after putting it on DC and having leftover on my fingers and sort of rubbing at my cuticles because they were really dry and sore. Noticed later that night that there was a difference in the ones I had been rubbing with that and the ones I hadn't, so i sceptically tried it on all of them and the difference in one application was huge!

Vaseline at bedtime.

Not had a hangnail in decades. Nails are strong but supple.

llmb · 29/04/2018 06:44
