I'm nearly 40. Flat stomach has always been one of my better features, so I like slightly short tops. Would you judge?

I'm 38. I don't think it's about age. I think it's about figure. Someone who is 40 may look better in said outfit than someone who is 20. Sounds like you can pull it off :)
I have great legs if I say so myself (to be fair other people have said so to) so I have no notion of giving up short skirts anytime soon.
