Bored with hair. Any suggestions?(pics included)

Hi,have been growing my hair for a while and now really bored with it.
I do enjoy having it tied up. I get my fringe cut in then grow it out and then do this over and over!
It's in good condition despite have bleach and high lift colour in it.
Fine but quite a lot of it.
Greasy so the bleach is good to dry it out however my roots look darker than they used to.
On these threads people often say don't get a bob,everyone has one!
I'm 41 btw.
Any thoughts?

I like it with the fringe - think it looks great. Also looks like you could go for a sharp longish bob with fringe look?

Keep the fringe, I think your hair is so lovely! If you want a change, I think you should go for a sharp lob, with very blunt ends. I think these look fashionable, and your fringe would make the whole haircut look even sharper and better! Also, the lob means it's not a full on bob, so even if you hate it, you can grow it out fairly quickly and all is forgotten!

I actually think it really suits you , it's easy to get bored and think something else might look amazing but then it might not suit you !! I'd keep it as it is !

The first photo with the fringe your hair looks perfect.

It has structure without being too rigid. A bob will be too rigid, don't do it!

Thanks everyone. I always like Zoe Ball's hair...so bit longer than a bob.
I'll have a few inches cut off then maybe go shorter next time. Will definitely keep the fringe as it covers my wrinkles and also I have a large forehead!

I think Mulberrysilk's last picture is the way to go (is it Emma Stone?) - soften it up a bit with some long layers.
