Liquid eyeliner recommends please

I need to buy a new black liquid eyeliner.

Can anyone recommend me a good one? I dream of being able to do this kind of effect!

Urban Decay “Perversion” liquid eyeliner is the best IMO. Has a very fine brush so you can build up the line with precision.

I did like to try the Charlotte Tilbury feline flick one though, and I’d be interested if anyone has any feedback on it .

I swear by felt tip ones, I'm currently using soap and glory cat eye

I then go over it with Barry m liquid eyeliner so it stays.

I wear cat eye flicks every day do feel like I've tried them all out there!
