Summer scent

I usually use Jo Malone Lime Basil and Mandarin cologne, but want something that lasts longer. What is everyone's favourite?

Perfume Parlour dupe of NoMalone? Cheap as chips and lasts a million times longer. NoMalones (as we not so lovingly call them on the perfumista thread) are colognes, so virtually all water, which is why they last as long as a gnat's pee

Superdrug Bloom also do a LBM dupe, I got a bottle for £5 at Christmas.

If you like sharp citrusses you might like:
Yardley Jade (don't laugh, it's wonderful, very sharp and limey at the beginning)
Mary Greenwell Lemon
Annick Goutal Eau du Sud or Eau d'Hadrien (EdS is more similar to Jade, and is sharper whereas EdH is a soft lemon)

Guy Laroche Fidji (am in this today)
Liz Earle Botanicals n1 (not the others, they are all cloying and heavy IMO, but this is lovely and fresh)

Chanel Cristalle (vvvvv similar to Yardley Jade, but £££££s more obvs)
L'Occitane Verveine
Guerlain Aqua Allegoria range

Philosykos - I could drink it. Also like Body Shop's Italian Fig.

Creed Adventus for Her lasts all day on me. Spendy but worth it.

Best summer scent ever? Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess.

BG made me actually smile-out-loud when I finally bought some (well, sort of, I bought the PP dupe) So feel good. So on the beach.

Which reminds me, I have a bottle of Bobbi Brown Beach which is also suntan cream-y. Lovely.

Eau de Gucci and Eau de Givenchy are both good light, fresh citrussy summer florals if you can get hold of them.

That reminds me, O de Lancome and Eau de Rochas!

Think Primark do dupes of JM perfumes that are very popular. I'm currently enjoying Elizabeth Arden Green Tea as a hot weather perfume. This is a lovely fresh orange.

I wear Estee Lauder White Linen. DH thinks it smells of frigid, snooty women it is a very 'cold' fragrance and ideal for hot summer days.
Love it and have worn for 30 odd years. It has great sillage.

I wear Chanel 19 all year round, also Frederic Malle Lipstick Rose which is a bit much on a properly hot day, but lovely in spring.

@DameDoom - I love White Linen. at your DH's interpretation of it.

Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Lys Soleia (very similar to the Terracotta scent IMO)

I do use some of my other scents as well, but those are very nice for warm summer days.

I have worn white Linen for 30 years too.

The Body Shop white musk l'eau is lovely, very fresh and summery.
Another vote for Liz Earle no1, that's my favourite scent anyway (actually, their tonic water is my favourite, I so wish they'd make it as a perfume).

Miller Harris Tea Tonique is fabulous during a heatwave. ( Incidentally my favourite scent for wet Spring days is Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Herba Fresca)
