Has anyone seen any light navy chinos in the shops for women rather than navy?

What’s light navy? Surely navy is navy?

M&S have a really light chino style in lots of colours like stone, khaki, dusky pink, yellow I think, and navy. I find them great for Spring, cheap too at about £20 a pair.

They're only in one length so are a bit short for me as I'm 5ft11, but I wear them rolled once and they hit just above my ankle bone.

I have navy M&S ones from 2 years ago. They’re a good fit and I like them rolled up.

Do you want navy or light blue? What's light navy?

thethoughtfox · 22/04/2018 08:19

Do you mean light material? Generally they are 100% cotton which is why they are great and breathable for warm weather but they aren't super thin.

My take on light navy is where you look at it and can clearly see it’s navy rather than dark midnight ink type navy and you have to hold it to the light to decide if it’s blue or black Grin

M&S do have a good range this year, I picked up the dusky pink and light blue pairs, sure they had darker blue and navy ones. Have a look on their website to check it's the colour you want before going in.

Try Gap Smile

I mean somewhere between a light blue colour and navy, like a washed out navy type colour

French navy is the colour I mean or a bit paler
