I normally get my hair coloured at the hairdresser, because I'm shit at doing it evenly at the back. However, I'm on maternity leave ATM and economies need to be made.
My hair is light brown/darkest blonde (and I wear it in a pixie crop, if that matters). I would be looking to go a rich mid brown type tone, fairly natural looking if possible. What dye should I buy for a) results b) ease of use?
(Also, what nail polish colours will make me look reasonably up to date this summer? I'm aiming for "30something who still has some fashion creds" so it doesn't have to be bleeding edge, just not frumpy.)
