Suit dresses and jackets

I am coming to the end of my commission in the navy and I will be attending careers fairs, networking events etc. I have no appropriate clothing having only worn uniform to work for the last 10 years.

To get me started I have bought a suit dress from next. It fits beautifully but my arms are very exposed. What are thoughts on the matching jacket?

I have ordered it but not sure it will work.

Zara and H&M do great jackets that can be worn with any workwear, really versatile and less 'suity'

Thanks. Will try h &m and Zara first. I have ordered a suit from oasis aswell. So excited to be able to wear nice clothes to work!
