Fringe help!

I’m trying to achieve this look with my fringe!
Can anyone help with how I should be doing this?! I guess I need to use large roller(s) at the front? Do I need to curl it forwards or backwards and style it from damp or dry?
Any tips greatly appreciated :-)

When I had that exact hairstyle I just blow dried my hair upside down and it naturally flicked out like that!

Depends how curly your hair is naturally ... It's def curled away from the face . I have straight hair so would need to use tongs to curl my hair away from the face then scrunch / mess it up a bit. You could blow dry with a round metal brush curling away from the face ? Fringe would have to be pretty long / not really a fringe to do this xx
