I use the Dove Summer Glow one. It doesn't streak for me and the one for fair skin just gives me a healthy glow. It's not expensive at all either.

I second the Dove summer glow as a supermarket option. Comes in two shades- I'm pale and find the darker shade too dark for daily use, but the light one is just enough to shade the pale.

Palmers cocoa is good too.
Ambre Solarie after sun tan extender is very light and subtle.
