I'm horrified to notice that my hair is getting a bit thin in a late 50s menopausal way. So, I really need to find a hat for the summer, especially for when I go abroad in a couple of months. I have the sort of face that looks silly in anything large or floppy, so in the past I've stuck mainly to baseball caps, but now I'm this old I think they might look a bit like I'm trying to be down with the youth. My usual dress style is fairly casual but minimalist - so they need to go with cotton/linen shirts on top, cropped trousers or chinos underneath, and the occasional shirt-dress. Any advice/thoughts on something stylish much appreciated!
