Moisturiser with proper SPF?

I know we're told that all moisturisers and make up with SPF aren't nearly effective enough. But I want to streamline my skincare routine and wondered if anyone has found a moisturiser with an actual proper SPF?

I use Ultrasun SPF50 too (not the antipigmentation one, but this one) Ultrasun's different to most sunscreens, in that you have to use it on clean dry skin (rather than using it as your final step) So you either use it after cleansing, then apply serums etc after it's totally sunk in (I'd say about 20/25 minutes) OR use it after your other skincare products, but your skin has to be completely dry to the touch or it won't bond to the skin and will be much less effective.
I do it the second way.

Paula's Choice? I use the moisturiser with spf. I also use Nars tinted moisturiser with spf in the summer.
